What does AI consulting cost?

The intro call costs nothing. After that, a package at a fixed price of €990, or we leave it.

No timesheets and no ten-line quote: you know the total before anything starts. That way the price stays your decision, never a surprise.

• The package price is fixed, regardless of how long the work takes. If something runs longer, that is my risk, not your invoice.
• If the scope changes, we talk about it beforehand.
• Larger projects are billed by effort, but even then the figure comes before we start, not afterwards.
• All prices are final prices. As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act, I do not charge VAT.

What happens in the intro call?

You tell me where your company loses time. I tell you whether and how it can be solved.

• 30 minutes by video or phone, book a slot online
• No preparation needed, no questionnaire
• At the end: an honest assessment of which package fits, or that none does
• You decide afterwards, not during the call

If none of the three packages fits, we say so too. This is not a sales pitch, it is an assessment.

What is included in the fixed price, and what isn’t?

Included is everything listed in the tiles above. Not included are ongoing operation and later extensions.

On-site appointments in Brandenburg an der Havel, Potsdam and Berlin are included with no travel costs, other locations by arrangement.

What if it doesn’t pay off?

Then I tell you in the intro call, before it costs you money.

That isn't a marketing line, it is the basis of every call: an honest assessment is worth more to a skeptical business than a contract that doesn't pay off afterwards.

If we conclude that a package doesn't pay off for you, it costs you nothing beyond the 30 minutes of the call.

Is there funding available?

There are grant programmes from the federal government and the state of Brandenburg for consulting and digitalisation projects. I cannot promise an approval.

Whether your project qualifies depends on the programme, the size of your business and the timing of the application. Usually the application has to be filed before the contract is signed. I am not a funding consultant. If you have a programme in mind, we discuss in the intro call whether my offer fits it.

What happens after the package?

The system keeps running, at Hetzner or on your premises. I take care of operation for a monthly flat fee of €149, extensions are billed by effort.

The flat fee covers:

• Server and language model usage
• Updates
• My availability for questions

Extensions get added whenever you need them: new knowledge sources, onboarding assistants or reporting on your numbers. The same rule applies: the scope is discussed and quoted beforehand, not billed after the fact.
