How does a project run?
A project runs in three steps: intro call, one package at a fixed price, then operation and growth.
- Intro call
We work out where your company loses knowledge and time, and whether a system is worth it for you at all. If you decide against working together afterwards, it stays at the assessment: no further cost.
- One package at a fixed price
You pick one of the three fixed-price packages: fixed sum, fixed timeline, one finished result. That way we both see early how working together goes, before it turns into something bigger.
- Operation and growth
The system keeps running, at Hetzner or on your premises, and your team works with it. I maintain, extend and adapt it: new knowledge sources, onboarding assistants, reporting on your numbers, whatever you need next.

- Billed by effort, planned in weeks beforehand, not in months.
What does AI consulting cost?
AI consulting at Klarbeleg starts at €990 per fixed-price package, larger projects are billed by effort and quoted in advance.

I'm based in Brandenburg an der Havel and work on-site in Brandenburg an der Havel, Potsdam and Berlin, and remotely across Germany.

On-site is where I'm mainly needed for anything that is actually handled by hand, such as a box of files.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own servers?
No. The system can run on your own servers or on hosted servers in Germany, whichever fits your business. We work that out in the intro call.
What about my existing software?
We check that in the intro call, based on your specific software. The aim is that you replace nothing that already works for you.
Who maintains the system afterwards?
The same person who built it: me.
Do I need to know which package fits me already?
No. Working that out is exactly the point of the intro call.
What if my project is bigger than the three packages?
Then I bill by effort, with a figure you know before we start. We work that out in the intro call too.
